Grassroots broadcasting platform, Joymo, has partnered with FilmMyMatch, the leading provider of grassroots filming and analysis services for amateur sport in the UK, to deliver filming services, livestreaming and video management for grassroots football teams across the UK.
The new partnership provides existing partner clubs of FilmMyMatch with direct access to Joymo’s video streaming platform – allowing clubs and teams to broadcast their content direct to fans over the internet.
“There is a huge desire to broadcast football at all levels of the pyramid and, jointly, Joymo and FilmMyMatch are committed to removing barriers and allowing more teams and clubs to share and monetise their valuable match content,” says Mike Emery, CEO of Joymo.
“FilmMyMatch has developed filming services that are easy to use and cost-effective, matching the quality and simplicity of the Joymo streaming platform which enables fans, friends and family to watch live or on-demand, anytime and anywhere. It’s never been easier to stream your games and start engaging more people with your club, league or competition,” he continues.
Founded in 2012, FilmMyMatch brings professional filming, editing and analysis techniques to amateur sport, working with a wide range of grassroots community clubs, elite sports teams and organisations – including The FA and the SFA – as well as leagues, County FAs and independent schools.
“Joymo has developed a first-class OTT streaming platform that will enable our new and existing clients to broadcast and monetise the high-quality content that we capture for them. Together, we are confident that we offer the highest-quality and best-value filming and streaming services for football teams, clubs and leagues in the UK,” says David Roe, Director at FilmMyMatch.
Joymo offers remote broadcasting solutions that enable federations, leagues and clubs to film or livestream training, matches, events or competitions. The platform includes the ability to record, store and distribute video content live and on-demand, whilst giving channel owners complete control over their content, data and on-page advertising.
In the last year Joymo has successfully launched into the UK and Ireland and has secured a raft of exclusive livestreaming agreements with the likes of Lancashire and Nottinghamshire County FAs, Northumberland Football Leagues and a host of individual clubs and teams.
